AJ先生にインタビュー！

スクビーイングリッシュの先生にインタビューシリーズ第２回はＡＪ先生の登場です。

スクビーイングリッシュに来て２年のＡＪ先生。
ＡＪはAndrew Josephというお名前の頭文字だそうです。

Where are you from?
I’m from San Diego, California.
It’s very close to Mexico and we can walk to go there.
There are many beautiful beaches and we can enjoy good Mexican food.
And also there is the most famous zoo in America.
San Diego Zoo has two areas. One of them is a normal zoo and the other is safari.
 

メキシコとの国境近くにある都市で、素敵なビーチに美味しいメキシカン、そして広大な動物園とサファリ。とても魅力的ですね。

Do you like animals?
Yes, my family has 4 dogs, 3 cats, 2 horses, 1 guinea pig and over 30 chicken.
There is a chicken that rays green eggs.
We also have many persimmon and lemon trees.
After we pick persimmons, we slice them and make dried persimmon.

さすがカリフォルニア、広大な土地にたくさんの動物や果物の木、スケールの大きさを感じますね。
柿は日本の柿と見た目も変わらず、よく食べられているのは知りませんでした。

What’s your hobby?
I like hiking, traveling, taking photos and baking.
Where have you been to so far?
I’ve been 17 prefectures of Japan, and I used to live in Taichung, Taiwan to teach English.
I’ve also been to many Asian and European countries.
What’s your good memory of Taiwan?
Food was good! I almost everyday went to a night market to have dinner.

It looks exciting! ここで台湾フードを食べるのは楽しそうですね！

What did you bake recently?
I baked blondie. It looks like brownie but I didn’t mix chocolate in.
I put some chocolate chips.

ブロンディ、初めて知りました。作ってみたいですね！
